Susie trained as a Pilates Instructor in 1996 after practicing the Pilates Method for 4 years as a client. She has over 30 years experience as a practicing physiotherapist, having worked in both London and Sydney in the public hospital and private systems.

Kim has 37 years of experience as a physiotherapist, and is working with PPFC supervising Physiotherapy Group Sessions and designing and instructing Gentle Pilates Classes.
Amanda is a Physiotherapist with a strong passion for providing her clients with the highest quality of care. She has completed a Bachelor of Kinesiology at Western University in Canada along with a Master of Physiotherapy at University of Sydney.

Melissa Cosby has been involved in health and fitness for over 25 years. Initially trained as a Remedial Therapist, Personal Trainer and Pilates teacher.
Emily believes that everyone should have the opportunity to inhabit a responsive, strong and flexible body, and to experience a pain-free ease of movement in their daily life and activities.
Lisa started her career as a professional dancer. She first became involved with Pilates in the early 90’s.
Calli’s background began when she was six and started ice-skating. She competed all over Britain for nine years until a knee injury stopped her skating, at which point, Calli progressed into a career in fitness.
