Victoria first experience with Pilates was during her studies for a BCA (dance) in 2001. Pilates opened Victoria’s eyes to the awareness of her core strength, and how to strengthen her body in dance technique as well as prevention from injuries.
Wanting a change of pace, Victoria entered the corporate world and in turn realised the effects of desk bound job. Her posture changed and the stress of the job caught up with her. Victoria qualified as a Pilates Instructor in 2013, when she realised her passion to give support and guidance for people’s exercise and balance.
