Susie trained first as a Physiotherapost, then as a Pilates instructor in 1996 after practicing the Pilates Method for four years as a client following a dance-related injury. She has over 30 years experience as a practicing Physiotherapist, having worked in both London and Sydney in the public and private systems.
Kim Gerber
Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Practitioner
Kim has over 37 years of experience as a Physiotherapist and believes in empowering her clients with knowledge to assist in injury prevention and recovery. She offers her combined experience in Physiotherapy, Pilates and dance to challenge postural and movement patterns, working with her clients to get that “light bulb” moment, where they understand how to move beyond their pain or postural limitation using exercise.
Kiu Yu (Kate) Chan
Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Practitioner
A Physiotherapist with many talents, Kate has over 15 years of classical ballet and contemporary dance training across the globe. She is a multi-lingual clinical Pilates instructor with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and a University of Sydney graduate.
Jenna Gold

Being involved in sport from a young age, Jen is passionate about treating sport and exercise related injuries and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle for people of all ages.
She has competed in swimming at a national level and has a Master of Physiotherapy from The University of Technology.
Seamus Barker
Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Practitioner
A highly experienced Physiotherapist, Seamus has worked for the past 20 years across the globe from Sydney to Melbourne to Perth to London and even the remote Outer Hebrides in Scotland.
Seamus is particularly interested in helping people from a biopsychosocial perspective, meaning that he assesses different social, cognitive and emotional factors and how they interact with our biology to produce each individuals unique experience of health and illness. Using Pilates to help treat chronic pain is one of his major clinical focuses.
Jenny Fergusson
Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Practitioner
With a background in competitive gymnastics, Jenny has suffered her fair share of sprains and strains, including three knee surgeries. She understands well the rehabilitation process and how Pilates can be used to strengthen and repair an injured body.
She completed her first degree, a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training, in the USA while on a gymnastics scholarship. Upon her return to Sydney, Jenny studied at the University of Sydney, graduating as a Physiotherapist in 1993.
Caitlin Diggins

A former Irish Dancer, Caitlin is passionate about using exercise as a medicine to treat chronic health conditions. Initially inspired to pursue Exercise Physiology after a close family connection to Motor Neurone Disease, Caitlin has seen firsthand how exercise can directly improve quality of life.
Lisa Peresan
Pilates Practitioner
Starting her career as a professional dancer, Lisa first became involved in Pilates in the early 90s. She has taught dance at Sydney Dance Company, Aboriginal Dance Theatre, the University of Sydney, Bodenweiser, Broadway and various high schools.
Lisa is passionate about the benefits of movement for both the body and the mind, she is an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to continuing education, always seeking to improving her knowledge and skills.

A former dancer, Emily believes that everyone should have the opportunity to inhabit a responsive, strong and flexible body with the ability to experience pain-free movement in their daily life and activities.
Michelle Duggan
Pilates Practitioner
Michelle has an extensive background in theatre, performance and dance. While performing as a dancer in Paris she sustained a back injury that led her to the Pilates Method, helping her explore rehabilitation and other ways of adapting movement beyond the stage and dance training.
Katrina Thomas

Katrina has been a qualified Pilates instructor since early 2010 when she completed her initial training through the Pilates Method Association. Always aligning her teaching with the Pilates Principles, Katrina aims to assist her clients in gaining greater awareness of their bodies and believes that mindful movement is the key to optimal mental and physical health.
