Exercise Physiologist
Caitlin is an accredited Exercise Physiologist with a passion for helping others achieve greater quality of life through exercise. As a former Irish dancer, she enjoys incorporating clinical Pilates into specific rehabilitation protocols as an effective way of treating chronic health conditions.
Her passion for chronic disease management was sparked by a close family connection to Motor Neuron Disease (MND) in 2015. Through this experience, she was inspired to create exercise interventions which improve quality of life and help achieve specific and attainable goals while also empowering individuals to make long lasting changes in their exercise habits.
Since retiring her dancing shoes and completing her Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of Sydney, Caitlin has worked extensively in the management and prevention of chronic disease and injuries within both public and private health settings. Specific conditions she enjoys working with include musculoskeletal injuries, mental health conditions, cancer, cardiometabolic health and neurological diseases.
