Claire was introduced to Pilates eight years ago while living overseas in Holland and fell in love with the method immediately. Claire is fascinated by the way the body moves and the mechanics surrounding movement. Pilates is such a great form of exercise to keep the body and Mind in ‘check’ and it will always be a part of her life.
In Jan 2014 started her Mat Certification with Polestar Pilates. Since qualifying, Claire has enjoyed every moment of teaching and getting people moving.
