We are finding nowadays more and more children with low muscle tone and poor posture due to lack of physical activity, from being on the computer/ipad or just from the way they curl up and sit and relax.
We are running classes to address these concerns for children. Calli has worked with children of all ages and abilities for the past 15 years. The classes will include strength, balance, posture, cardio and general movement in all planes but of course in a fun and safe way that should appeal to the children.
We have a class on Tuesday at 4pm and it will run for 10 weeks during school term. Please contact us if this interests you and tell your friends if you know anyone else who may be interested.
