Adult ballet is challenging but deeply satisfying. Ballet incorporates body strength, flexibility, control, balance and concentration, all tied up with creativity and grace. Ballet and Pilates go hand in hand. After all Joseph Pilates developed many of his exercises to help dancers recover from injury and return to work… dancing!
A ballet class includes a warm up, barre, centre practise, combinations, Cool Down.
No previous dance training is required for this class. Suitable for absolute novices.
