Christine’s mat classes are focused on the flow of Pilates exercises with the correct technique. All classes will start with a warm up, finding the breath and setting the awareness around a neutral pelvis and spine. Each classes will move the spine in all direction and focus on the core strength required to enable this movement.
Props and modifications will be available to progress or regress exercise as needed. These mat classes will provide a safe and challenging environment to create inner strength and a fun way to start your day.
